ich habe das Update für PSE 2019 vor 2 Monaten installiert. Seitdem kann ich Fotos, die ich per WhatsApp erhalten habe, nicht im PSE-Album ansehen. Es erscheint eine graue Fläche mit zerrissenem Bild. Die WhatsApp-Videos sind in ordnung. Auch die WhatsApp-Fotos, die ich vor dem Update eingespielt habe.
Ist das eine Frage meiner Einstellungen?

ja, mit "Fotos" funktioniert es. Hab vielen Dank. Diese Lösung kann aber nur eine Notlösung für einzelne Fotos sein. Für eine regelmäßige Übertragung von WhatsApp-Fotos nach PSE 2019 scheint mir die Lösung ungenügend.
Ich bin insgesamt mit Adobe immer mehr unzufrieden. Ich mußte das neue Update PSE 2019 kaufen, weil das Taggen von Orten mit PSE14 nicht mehr funktionierte.
Das funktioniert nun in PSE 2019. Aber stattdessen kann ich meine WhatsApp-Fotos nicht mehr portieren - und wie ich ich in Deinem Link gesehen habe, macht Adobe nichts, um diesen Fehler zu beseitigen.
Unglaublich.
Außerdem verstehe ich nicht, warum die Geotags meiner Fotos vom Smartphone nicht mit in Adobe übertragen werden, sodass ich alle Orte neu taggen muss.
Unzureichend finde ich auch die Schnellbearbeitungsfunktion von PSE 2019. Die Schnellbearbeitung von "Fotos" in Windows Explorer ist sehr viel besser in der Funktion und schneller.
Schlecht finde ich auch, dass PSE sehr lange braucht, um geöffnet zu werden oder um vom Organizer zum Editor zu wechseln.
Ich nutze den Organizer seit Version 1.0 seit 20 Jahren.

Why am I still happy with Elements? I don't care for social media, geotagging or face recognition. I do for editing, creations and organizing. I know that I have to take changes into account, to upgrade, to backup, to be prudent...
