Where is Liquefy in PS Elements 2021 ?

New Here ,

I wanted to use Liquefy in PS Elements 2021. But all of the searches that tell me where it is in PS, its not there. For example Filter/Distort/liquefy its not there.

Is there a replacement or am I missing somethings. I want to upturn a face so that it smile. And also to take a few pounds off. This version does not have a quick edit to do this automatically, and besides its a little on the side view so Im not sure it would work.

You might also want to try the Enhance>Adjust Facial Features dialog in Elements 2021.

There have been some improvements to this feature in Elements 2025, and even more options in the Perfect Portrait Guided Edit that is now available.

Is Filter>Distort>Liquify greyed out or not there at all?
