There is a Vibrance adjustment in Quick Edit mode.

How close it is to phoshop's, i don't know.

    R_Kelly,,

You are right, 'Vibrance' is a color property which is used in the 'Quick edit' mode or in the ACR module.

In the Quick edt mode you can simply switch to the 'Expert' mode to continue your edits.

In the ACR conversion module, you can use Vibrance instead of saturation to make colors more vivid without altering skin tones too much.

For practical use, my advice would be to compare the effect of the 'saturation' and the 'vibrance' tools to find which is more suited to your subject and inentended effect.

    Moved to Photoshop Elements.

While there is no Vibrance effect, go the the Adjustments (the top button on the right-side Toolbar). With the Adjustment Layer clip selected, go to the Color settings and adjust the Saturation.

You may also want to try the Haze Removal effect, in the Advanced Adjustments category.
