I purchased PSE 233022 via Best Buy's digital library, and it is in the Adobe library.  I am signed into Adobe ID but cannot locate the redeem purchase code.

You need to get the redemption code from Best Buy.

You can then use that redemption code to get the serial number from Adobe:
