Why can't I download my photo's in my catalog??

    Are you trying to Import in catalog, when you say download photos?

    I'm sorry, it worked for a while and now I have the same problem. Tried to do the CNRT..shift and alt again but doesn't work. Could you help me again please??

    You can manually delete the preference file by going to location mentioned at following link:

    Preference file locations for Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements

    Please make sure to keep the application closed while doing this.

    Morning Arshla...I had another problem a few years back and the people that helped me  helped me by me giving permission to take my computer over ,I use TeamViewer but they advised me to another one you use for ,could I give you permission please??And help me??

    Good morning..yes that is what I mean..I'm not English speaking and struggle a bit!!  I can open my elements 15 but cannot inport my photo's..so I cannot work on my photo's. As soon as I click the organizer it opens but freezes straight away and nothing is imported.

    So when I open my elements 15 I click on organizer  to open to open my catalog but it freezes as soon as it is opened and I cannot do anything...I even cannont close the program so I .have to restart my computer .Hope you understand what I am saying..thank you for trying to help me.

    Thanks for reverting with this information.

    Please try resetting preferences through following steps.

    1. Hold Ctrl + Shift + Alt keys on keyboard.

    2. While holding these keys, launch Organizer.

    3. Click yes to the prompt that appears; it would ask to reset settings.

    See if the application behaves fine after this.
