Will not print

I have PS Elements 14 on on a Windows 10 computer.  Now, it will not allow me to print to any printer that I connect.  All printers work just fine from other software, Including Adobe Acrobat v.9.  I was last able to print in PS in I think early June.   When I try to print, PS gives the message:  "There was an error opening your printer.  Printer functions will not be available until you have selected a printer and reopened any documents. "    Of course, it gives no opportunity to open printer.  Formerly,  after the print command was given,  a menu came up to allow you to select a printer.    Latest updates have been installed for both PS Elements and Windows 10.

Adobe will not help.
