Will Photoshop Elements 13 process RAW photos from my Canon T8i?

Unfortunately pse 13 can only use up to camera raw 9.0 and the Canon T8i requires at least camera raw 12.2.1

You can however use the adobe dng converter to convert your CR3 files to dng copies which should then open in pse 13.

Another option is to upgrade to pse 2021, which will open your Canon T8i cr3 files without having to convert to dngs.

The T8i requires at least Camera Raw 12.2.1 - which is officially only compatible with Elements 2021 or later.

However, try this Adobe workaround to update your version of Elements.

Once you've completed the steps, see if you can open T8i Raw files in Elements 13.
