Will Photoshop Elements import Iphone "live" photos?

Im hoping Elements 2020 will address the issue of iPhone Live photos. I needs to find the still jpeg and seperate the video (.mov). Please!

In Elements, you can only grab a single frame of the video using Premiere Elements.

However, you can edit a Live Photo on your iPhone, and select and save a single frame as a jpeg. See here for one way to do it.
