WinTab option for Elements 2018?

Hello,

After the fall updates to Windows 10, my CTL-460 has a dead zone around the point of contact, unless I disable Windows Ink - and then I lose pen pressure sensitivity. Is there a way to make Elements use the "WinTab" option, like the fix for Photoshop?
