are you serious this is how you run your business. thanks for wasting my entire day waiting on hold and never spoke with anyone

    the phone wait time was 2 hours and 10 minutes, never got to speak with anyone, the waiting was cut off after 2 hours 10 minutes. I never experienced that with any business.

    This is your third thread now. While your frustration is understandable, you really should tone it down a bit.

    If you need help with any of Adobe's Apps, try the forums. Other customers or us ACPs might be able to help you.

    Keep it civil.

    You are not speaking with Adobe here. It's a user to user forum. A few points to consider when in need of help:

    - For Elements, the fastest  way is to use the 'chat' option in the 'Customer care' options. Hoping a phone session with some Indian member of the help team is not realistic.

    - Adobe only supports the latest  Elements version (PSE2018). For older versions you are pretty sure to get useful guidance here.

    - For a number of questions, you'll get more expert help in the user to user forum. Just browse this forum to get an idea.

    - If your issue is one that only Staff members can solve, like registration or license problems, use the 'chat' option.

    So, it may be worth to explain here what your problem is.
