Hi,

Try resetting your Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 preferences.

- Start the Photoshop Elements Photo Editor

- Go to Edit > Preferences > General

- Click the Reset Preferences on next launch button

- Click OK to confirm that you want to reset your preferences

- Click OK to close the Preferences window

- File > Exit

- Start the Photoshop Elements Photo Editor again
