I cannot get a hold of any customer support, my digital purchase will not download properly and I have exhausted all of the remedies. I have called and been on hold for over an hour. I have been on the chat line holding for 2 or 3, just keeps posting they will be with me shortly. Maybe I should request a refund through paypal since that is the way I made my purchase.
