Assign Shortcut Key to Elements Actions?

Can shortcut keys be assigned to actions in Elements 2020?

I can see the assigment from where I created the action in PS, but when I press that key in Elements it does nothing. (pressing the play button runs the action)

If I can't use the keys I originally assigned, is there a keyboard shortcut to make them play?

I would really rather not have to use the mouse to click on each of them and then click the play button on each of them.

As far as I know, this Photoshop feature is not available in any version of Elements.

Use Cmd+Shift (mac) or Ctrl+Shift (windows) and one of the F keys.

You'll have experiment with other combinations to see what else works.

This looks promising, how did you get to the action options dialogue?

I'm on windows, and I've yet to find those.
