The ACR module in Elements does not provide the option to remove chromatic aberration like in the full Photoshop ACR version. If you are using raw files, that should have been taken care of in your camera format profile. If you are converting jpegs and the chromatic aberration issue is frequent for you, I would recommend buying the very affordable add-on Elements+ which has a script to restore that ACR function.
Otherwise, you could search on the Web for various add-ons or tutorials about correcting that aberration.
