The last Windows update crashed my laptop. I had to do a clean install. I downloaded Photoshop Elements 14 & Premier Elements 14 from my Adobe account. However when I start Photoshop Elements it scans for plug-ins for a long time & then I get the following message:
Cannot load the FastCore Routines module because it does not work with this version of Photoshop.
I have Windows version 1903. Can anyone help me with what to do for this please?
