Looking for a spray paint or airbrush tool

Maybe I am just not seeing it; can anyone tell me where to look, if there is such an option?  Any help would be appreciated very much!  Thanks in advance.

1. Click the Brush Tool (or press the shortcut: B)
2. Make sure the Tool Options bar is toggled on.
3. There are various modes for the brush, including airbrush shown in my screenshot:
