Hi, I've got a photo I shot outdoors that I really like. Unfortunately it was overcast and the photo is kind of dull. I've changed the levels and contrast which helped it but I'd like it to look more "sunny". Any suggestions?

Apply a Warming Photo Filter:

Filter > Adjustments > Photofilter

This is available in PSE5. It was not in PSE2 and I don't know about the intervening versions.

Try putting in some color. Then you can use the Lighting Effects filter to
get some areas lighter. Also, lighten the overall image. The posted image
is rather small and of very low quality, hard to work with, but you can see
