Move toolbox to the right side Photoshop Elements

Question

Hi!  Can anyone tell me if I am able to move all the editing tools to the right side of the workspace screen like how it was set up in Photoshop 12?  I really dislike having to save every edit and going back to another screen to choose how I want to edit the photo and not seeing the photo I am working on as I am choosing what I want to do.
(sure hope you understand what I am asking)

Hi there,

Which version of Photoshop Elements are you using? In Photoshop Elements 2020 toolbar cannot be customized to move to the right side of the screen.
