Photoshop Elements 2018

Kelly Leary: Help - I have now been on hold for 2 hours waiting for someone to help me. I installed Adobe photoshop elements 2018 and after it took 3 hours to install I got and exit code: 6 and a error : DF024. Can't find anything in the forums to help fix this problem. Please help

Kelly Leary: I looked in my control panel and I have the following: Adobe connect 9 add-in, adobe flash 28 NpApi, Adobe Photoshop Elements, and Adobe Acrobat.

Kelly Leary: This was a disc vs. a download

Kelly Leary: And it was the full version. I have a serial number. Are you there?

Kelly Leary: And I'm running Windows 10 64-b
