PSE 15 fails to extract

I purchased and downloaded PSE 15 from Amazon and it fails to extract files and crashes.  I have downloaded it 5 times to make sure it's a good download with the same results.  I have over 80GB available on a Win 10 64 bit computer.  I have run the install as administrator and the same thing happens.  I have disabled my antivirus software and it still fails.  I downloaded a trial version direct from Adobe with the same results.  I even tried it on an new Dell laptop with the same results.  It fails the extract in a couple of different places - ASSET1_1 and ASSET1_2 at different times.  Any idea what the problem is?  It's becoming quite frustrating.....

    After over an hour on chat with Adobe support, who was most helpful, we determined that my Firefox browser was corrupting the downloads.  At the suggestion of tech support I installed Chrome and downloaded the file again.  This time it extracted without a problem and installed correctly.

    Thanks, but that's one of the files I have that won't extract.  That site is also permission only.
