reinestal fotoshop elements 9

Hello Guion, i bought photoshop elements 9.0   16-08-2011. Now suddenly it tels that something is missing and that i have to reinestal fotoshop elements. But i dont have the serial number neither the cd. How can i open photoshop? It contains 45:000 foto's which i gave a name. So you can imagine that i'm going top be desperate if i cant open it.
