Setting City/State/Country & GPS Coordinate to City/State/Country

I see the map feature in PS Elements which is pretty cool. However, is there a way I can set the fields City, State and Country manually? Also, for images that have GPS coordinates, can I have PS Elements set the City/State/Country fields? In other words, PS Elements looks up in which City/State/Country a picture was taken based on the GPS coordinates. Then it sets the appropriate fields in the meta data.

Get location name for photographs with GPS information

If your media files include GPS information, they are displayed on the map but don't have place names associated with them.

To associate a place name with these files, hover over the stack and click the Get Location button.
