I'm using Window 10 Preview built 18353. I checked under ProgramData/adobe/17 and all the files are there. I loaded the program on my laptop with normal Windows 10 and everything worked fine. Must be something in the register that's not point to the correct location for the themes

Try resetting the Organizer's preferences.  Hit Shift+Ctrl+Alt immediately upon launch of the Organizer and confirm deletion of the settings file. (The confirmation dialog may get hidden behind the Home Screen, so watch out for a flashing icon in the task bar.)

If that doesn't work, you should probably report the problem to the MSFT Insider program.

Thanks for your input. The ShiftCTRLALT gave me the reset option. However, it did not resolve the issue.
