No,I am not talking about layers. I am talking about when i past something it goes in the middle. I want it to automatically go to the bottom instead of having to move it there.

You are not talking about layers... but pasting means adding a layer, whether you realize it or not. That's how Photoshop and Elements do work. That's their strength.

You want the pasted image or text to go to the bottom of the canvas? I can't imagine why, but you may have a good reason for it (which may be irrelevant for all other users). Then 'paste', which adds the layer and move it where you want. Two logical steps which allow full freedom to choose the location of your pasting. And that works for those who want the pasting to occur in any other parts of the canvas.

Just a guess: are you wanting to add a comment or a text in the bottom part of an image or in a set of images such as a slideshow or a presentation?

    Hi,

    When you say

it automatically puts it in the middle

does it mean the middle layer, or the middle of your image/canvas?

You can refer to this help guide on using Text Tool: Add text to an image in Photoshop Elements

Please let me know in case you have further queries.

    Thanks,

The text will be on its own layer. Make sure that this layer is active. Then, activate the Move Tool and drag the text to the bottom.
