Toolbar not working properly

I am using adobe elements and for some reason, the toolbar has gone crazy on me.  For example, when I click on the Filter tab and try to move my mouse down the Filter menu, it actually shows me the menu for the function Enhance or Image.  So, the toolbar functions at the end, I can never use with the mouse.  I have to use with the Alt+Key to access any menu.  Is anyone else having this problem?  Is there a way to fix or redownload Elements?  It came with my computer when I bought it. Please help if you have a solution.  It's so frustrating not being able to click on a toolbar functions and access its proper menu.

    Hi ,

Sorry for the inconvenience. Please try the following steps:

    • Try resetting the preferences: Keep the Ctrl+alt+shift keys pressed while launching editor. A dialog will open up asking "Delete the Adobe Photoshop Elements setting files". Click Yes.
    • Restart your machine.
    • Open Elements  Editor. Press Ctrl+K. Preferences dialog opens up. Go to performance. Increase the RAM alloted to PSE to more nearly 80-85%.

Please let us know if that works for you or you are still facing the issue.

    Regards,

    Shivani
