Hi ors1978,

Sorry that you cannot download the update patch for Photoshop Elements 9.0.3

Are you getting the same error as mentioned in this article https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/kb/error-patch-cannot-applied-photoshop.htmlā€‹

If so then please take a look at the article above and let us know if that helps.

Thanks,

Akash

Hi Akash,

Is not the same problem, I cannot apply the patch because I cannot find it in Internet

I am looking for this

http://download.adobe.com/pub/adobe/photoshopelements/win/9.x/AdobePhotoshopElements_903.zip

but it is offline

If I could find it, I would try to install it manualy (without Adobe Aplication Updater)

Thanks

I have an old Windows link. Not sure if it still works but give it a try.

Go to this link and click on the Contact Us link which is about half way down the page.  This should open up a support chat where you can explain the problem to support.  I understand that they will give you a proper link to the update.

Adobe went through a major change with download policies in the past two weeks and we have seen that some of the support personnel were not aware of some of the issues faced by users of older Elements versions.  Hopefully, that is being cleared up and you should receive proper support.

Let us know if this doesn't work and we can escalate the problem to someone who can help.

Just installed PSE 9 on latest version of Windows 11 and this worked for me but only after I right clicked the download and manually forced it to run as administrator. Before that kept giving deceptive failure like trying to connect to nonexistent Adobe server to download update.
