Using Vuescan software to import pictures from scanner

I recently loaded VueScan to use on my Canoscan 8400F scanner. I now want to add it to my inport option along with the Windows Image Acquisition WIA as a option. How do I accomplish this?

If you look in

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Plug-Ins

do you see a CC folder with the VueScan.8ba inside?
