alert!!! PSUserConfig.txt

I recently installed photoshop cc2019
when I want to start a script I get this warning message

I have compiled the PSUserConfig.txt file
and put it in the photoshop setting folder
however the notice continues to appear
how do i go about eliminating this annoyance?
