If you have Photoshop CS6, the last Camera Raw release compatible was ACR 9.1.1. As Michael said, the 5D Mk IV was first supported in ACR 9.7. Therefore you'd either need to upgrade to Photoshop CC, or use Adobe's free DNG converter to convert proprietary raw files to the universal DNG raw format. Here are the links:

As of September 20th of last year (Camera Raw 9.7) The 5D mark IV is supported EXCEPT for the dual pixel capability. Is that what you are hoping for?

Here's a pickup from Adobe's blog: *Please note that we support the import and editing of jpegs, raw files and dual pixel raw files from this camera model.  We do not support any specific dual pixel raw functionality.  If you are planning to use Dual Pixel raw files, please read Limitations with Canon Dual Pixel raw files in Camera Raw and Lightroom.
