I recently got a new mac, well new to me, and signed into my CC account to work on some images.  I can't delete any files from bridge.  I could on my old computer.  when the dialogue box pops up asking if i want to delete or reject, i click 'don't show again' and hit delete.  nothing happens.  i can't use command and delete or the trash can icon either.  I'm at a loss.  And I can't find a way to actually call and speak to someone.  Please help!!!!

    Try resetting Bridge Preferences:

Start Adobe Bridge and immediately press Ctrl+Alt+Shift (Windows) or Command+Option+Shift (Mac OS) until the Reset Settings dialog box appears. Select all three options--Reset Preferences, Reset Standard Workspaces, and Purge Entire Thumbnail Cache--and then click OK.

it does not work, everything is reset, everything from scratch but I still can not erase images even though he asks me if I'm sure to do it

manually purge the cache under the bridge preferences. this worked for me when the above solution did not.
