Where can I download DNG CODEC for Windows 7?

Without using Lightroom and Photoshop,only using Windows Explorer and Preview, I would like to preview and see the DNG-files that lightroom has converted from my RAW's...

      How could I possibly find that one myself on Adobes page?

      They seem to hide it when searching for it...

        Actually the link for the download page that the screenshot is from is broken.
