Does anyone know why I'm getting a white border around my canvas???

This has only started after I updated my Photoshop to the latest. Anytime I click on the screen, this white border shows up right on top of the ruler and I don't know how to fix it.

Anyone have any thoughts?

Thanks

Unfortunately, turning off the Graphic Processor makes it worse.. I don't have the "Deactivate Native Canvas" and I totally just realized I'm using 2020 PS, not the latest as I said. I'm updating to 2021 now to see if that fixes the issue.

Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?

Does turning on »Deactivate Native Canvas« (Photoshop > Preferences > Technology Previews) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?
