Error code: P204

I am trying to download a trial version of Photoshop.

During the installation, erroc code: P204 appears and a message saying I should visit the Adobe support page.

I don't have any previous versions of the programme on my pc or anything like that.

Same thing happens when I try to download the Illustrator trial.

Any suggestions?
