Good evening dear Photoshop Community,
I have an understanding question about "Photoshop Scripting" and I hope to get my questions answered here.
We would like to automate some of our processes in order to save / prevent time and human errors.
We have a web dashboard where our managers make some entries and information, these are stored in a MySQL / PhpMyAdmin database.
On the basis of this stored data, our graphic designers change texts on a prepared Photoshop file into the corresponding information from the database.
Now it would be ideal for us if it were possible to write a script that can read the data from the database and change the corresponding text fields on this Photoshop file.
In this way we could ensure that not our graphics department but also our marketing department can open Photoshop and execute the script to create the corresponding graphics.
We would save both departments so much time and further shorten the short communication path.
Our question would now be is the above scenario even possible?
Many thanks for your help.
With best regards
Pascal Richter

Say which column is for text in this table to be put into Photoshop text layer and save it to .csv. Post also .PSD layer(Set)s structure to show where exactly text layer is located. That is a must.

Okey thank you, do you know some Devs who could create this script as a assignment for some money?

I would think using your database you could output a CVS file with the required information to work with a Photoshop Data Driven template for the web page or web image for the page.
