I have a geotagged tiff file from drone I need to upload to dronedeploy.  In Photoshop, how can I edit that tiff file & save without losing the gps metadata?

Thanks

If the GPS metadata is lost, a fallback option would be to use ExifTool to copy the GPS metadata (or any other applicable metadata) from the original image to the edited image.

Hi Albertr,

Open the same tiff file in Photoshop and save it as Test.tiff.

Reopen it and then follow these steps Metadata basics and actions in Lightroom to edit metadata and check if it holds on to the GPS data.Share the result with us.

Thanks,

Akash
