thanks Paul, I tried your way ( I am ashamedd to say that it was my first time to use the "place" I have never seen it before...)
but I think I am searching for something more general, becausee when I made a "batch" of it - it workexcellentnt, but than I want to duplicate another layer the same way- but in the action it has the previous layer in memory.
this is the action thaI I made:
-----------------------------------------------
>Place
(.....untiteld1.psd
center: center
translate:0 inches0 0 inches)
>Save as: photoshop
with maximize compatibility
in:...
with lower case
>Close
-----------------------------------------------
and than I made the Batch
am I correct?
do you think it could be more general? for any layer in the future that I will choose?

thank you very much! Roni

One way would be to create a psd with the layers you want to add to each file. Then use the "Place" command to add this file to your documents. This could then be batched.
