I have to buy a desktop and I want to know if Photoshop 2017 is compatible with Intel UHD Graphics 630? So, does photoshop work with this on board graphic card

It should be fine, I have a lesser Intel 520 GPU on my laptop and Photoshop CC2019 works fine with that, but why CC 2017

Photoshop CC 2019 is part of your CC subscription and can be downloaded from the CC app
