Issues/lags/pen glitches using Photohsop 21.1.3 with Huion tablet on Windows 10 as of late

For last couple of months I've been having issues with PS misbehaving.

If I select a layer it goes into layer properties window, expanding collapsing folders  is very inconsistent. sometimes it takes a click, sometimes two, sometimes it doesn't work.

Sometimes the whole thing freezes up and doesn't select layers or make strokes unless i click escape.

Things also get stuck in ctrl/alt mode until i press said buttons to get out of it.

When choosing brush sizes on slider a lot of the time it jumps straight to max once i touch the slider.

I'm using huion tablet, I'm on win 10 and most up to date PS version.

It does not replicate in krita or csp or outside of PS.

EDIT: Now I am also getting the selection bug when it just selects whatever it wants along side of a lag.
