My Whatsapp images is not in photoshop

i have download images from whatsapp web and drang into photoshop but i'm not able to open. i have face some issues. i'm not understand, please help me.

Well known problem: whatsapp messes up JPEGs to transmit them faster. Just use another way to send files.
