Windows 10, Photoshop CC all up to date. Canon MG6120 drivers are up to date. The canon utilities show WIA support. An y idea why Photoshop doesn't recognize it?
If that can't be fixed where can I find a program that will let me import from the Canon and then open it in Photoshop.
Thank you for any help.

OK. I finally figured it out. I went to devices and printers. The printer was there. I tried to add another printer but it wouldn't. I uninstalled it and tried to add it again but it still couldn't find it. I then added it with it IP address. It installed the printer and it will now work with WIA import. I don't know why it would print but not scan but that's past now. It also works with paint.
Thank you for your suggestions and help.

Thank you for your response.
Yes, I tried Paint and fax. They don't recognize my printer/scanner either. I'm thinking the problem is Windows or HP (my computer) related.
I'm going to try HP and see if I can get an answer from them.
Again, thank you.

My computer is an HP and still under warranty but they won't help because the printer is a Canon. The printer is on the network and has an IP address. It will print just fine from the computer it just won't scan. Before this computer it worked and now it doesn't which tells me it probably has something to do with this computer HP not playing well with a Canon.
Again thank you very much for your input. Any other suggestions would be welcome.
