Photoshop 2017 - Hebrew interface?

Hi

Does the latest Photoshop version (CC 2017) support Hebrew UI interface?

In the Creative Cloud application I selected the appropriate APP LANGUAGE (English - Hebrew support),

re-installed Photoshop,

changed the Language interface (Photoshop prefrences) - but still have the English UI interface.

Any advice?

That correct. You only have an English interface with Hebrew type support. No Hebrew Interface support as of yet. Same goes for Arabic.
