Hello!
I have a number of plugins, but two of them are not showing up anymore in Photoshop. They have worked previously, and I'm not 100% sure when they stopped showing up. The two plug-ins that aren't working are common ones: EyeCandy and FilterForge 7, so it shouldn't be an issue of incompatibility with Photoshop. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Have you checked that they are installed in a folder that can be seen by your current version of Photoshop. The recommendation is that Plug ins are now installed in the common files folder so that they are available to all current versions.

If you just installed CC 2019 Photoshop version 20 you need to install your third party Plug-ins. Adobe Photshop installer does not migrated third Party Plug-ins into your new version of Photoshop from version 19 CC 2018.
