dynamic link media server is not available

every time that I try drop video with just 5 seconds inside of photoshop, appear this mesage "dynamic link media server is not available"

I need an solution for that error, pleaseeee!

instead of sorting through the mess of comments on the other question, this is the short and quick of what I found nad worked for me.

Open your preferences and go under the Performance menu and disable the "Use Graphics processor" option on the right.
