Hellow !
I am quite new on Adobe Photoshop since i tried it just a couple of days ago.

I wanna ask if its possible to select a 'Text Layer'  with a Direct Selection Tool ?

Because i work with forms now, and i want to select it, but every time i select, only the boxes being selected, and i need to Alt+Click all the text layer by myself.

Is it possible to select the Text Layer too? together with the boxes without me selecting it manually? Because i have so many text layer.. and it's a bit frustating when i already selected half of them and accidentally clicked somewhere else..

I don't know if anybody has been asking about this, but if yes, i hope somebody could point me to that thread.. honestly i don't know how to search for my problem but after half an hour looking for it on forum, i still can't found it.

Thank You before !

Double clicking the text layer will select the text.

You can also Select All by going to:  Select >> All

You can also CTRL+a to select all.

Don't know what your question is so I can't be specific.

Nope, that's not what i meant.. mytaxsite.co.uk

So i have a form with text and rectangle (as input field)

And then i want to move them to the right like say 200px, i want to select them by dragging with mouse.

And after i look for someway, i found out i can use "Direct Selection Tool" to choose which element/layer i want to drag.(without needing to go to "Layers" and selecting one by one.

And then when it's all selected, i then moved to the right, BUT then i realize, the "text" layer isn't selected by this tool.

What i am asking is, is it possible to select the text together with the rectangles (input fields) ?

Because if i do Select >> All, it will select literally all the layers, but i want to only move the "layers" i want only *damn i am so bad at english

Yeah i am kind of hard to explain too, but maybe i will try to give a screenshot in a moment..
