Where is my Color Book?

I updateded to Photoshop 2020 and my PANTONE (R) F+H cotton TCX Color Book is now gone.

The last time I updated I had the same problem and I solved it by copying the Color Book from the previous Photoshop Presets>Color Books to the new Presets>Color Books.  This solution does not work this time.

I need the swatches when I am color indexing artwork.  I go to Image>Mode>Color Table.  Then when I click on a specific color swatch the Color Picker comes up. I then click on Color Libraries and under Book: I should see my options including PANTONE (R) F+H cotton TCX  or whatever.

It's really annoying that I have to figure this out everytime I update Photoshop.

The Color Pickers Color Libraries have to be .acb files—the Swatches panel uses .aco.

Are you sure you got the .acb (not .aco) file from the old version’s /Applications/Adobe Photoshop CC 20XX/Presets/Color Books folder, and copied the .acb into the new Color Books folder (Book Swatches not Color Swatches)?

Thank you so much!  I didn't copy the .acb files!  I really appreciate all of your quick responses.

I presume you want the Color Books (.acb files)

I successfully used the Pantone Color Manager which is free if you own their swatch books.

https://www.pantone.com/products/digital-apps/pantone-color-manager-software

Just select the Color Books you want, then File > Export > Adobe Photoshop.

Hi,

Load “PANTONE F+H cotton TCX.aco” from Swatches Panel Menu.

It will be displayed in the Swatches Panel.

“PANTONE F+H cotton TCX.aco” is not attached to Photoshop as standard.
If you lose it, obtain it with PANTONE Color Manager.

I have already imported the color books from Pantone Color Manager and have the color books in the Swatches panel.  The challenge is that they are not visible to me when I am color indexing a file through the Color Table.  I uploaded a photo above to help explain.
