Who showed me how to put pictures into a glass of milk

I see the photo of the glass of milk. I'm probably not understanding the question.

Do you want to make the photo look like a label on the glass or do you want to make the photo look like it is inside the glass and surrounded by milk?

If you want to make it look like a label, put the photo on a layer above the milk. Choose Edit > Transform > Warp and adjust the handles until the label looks like it is the same perspective as the bottle. Then you might want to try some layer blend modes to make the label look more natural. Or you could add some shading to the label.
