Screen record... No.

Live Skin Smoothing...No

Green Screen Editing... Yes, using Chroma Key or Videomerge 

Web cams and Live Streams......Premiere Elements will capture from a webcam for timeline editing, but there is not a live streaming function.

I will use another program to record the screen and buy ADOBE PREMIERE ELEMENTS 2021 to edit the videos.
