I am using Adobe Premiere Elements 2021 latest version on Mac. When I create a new project with the default settings, and I add my short video to the sequence, the audio is delayed. I tried to export and I got the same issue.
I have another issue as well that may be related. This time I have 3 short videos, everything is fine but when I export everything is moving everywhere or I have also a green line at the top. It looks completely broken, only the sound is good on this one.
I tried to uninstall using the Utility, Adobe Installers. I tried to see messages in the community but I can't find any solution. It is disappointing as I just bought this product and have several issues already. Can you help?
If your video is VFR (Variable Frame Rate) convert to constant frame rate with https://handbrake.fr/ open source transcoder/converter

Let's stay with one issue at a time, defaultfz. That way we can have a conversation.
Where did your original video come from and what format and resolution is it? Better yet, open that video in the free download MediaInfo. In MediaInfo, set View to Text and then copy the text of that report and paste it to this forum. Assuming this video plays in sync in a media player, your issue is most likely related to the video's codec, resolution or frame rate -- common issues when the video was not originally created by a camcorder.

Unless there is something unique about an iPhone 12, your clips directly from the camera should work. The last few versions of Premiere Elements have been capable of editing Variable Frame Rate video clips.
