This is about Photoshop Elements, but I'm fairly sure that the idea will be true for Premiere Elements

Microsoft has changed 'something' in Win11 that will not allow a 2 year old program to install

Person said compatibility modes don't work... the only way the SERIAL NUMBER program will install is to first install Creative Cloud... which is a NO-NO for people who don't want the Cloud and buy a serial number program for that reason

Funny, I am trying to move away from 7 years of Creative Cloud back to Premiere Elements and it wants Cloud back with Windows 11.  Though, I just upgraded to APE/PSE 2021 so that is not older than 2 years. It is annoying for those who don't want to install "yet" another cloud application on one's PC.   How many clouds does one need??  haha  Is there a cloud with a silver lining??? 😉
