I would like to be able to select a sequence of images in one project and to copy that sequence (at a particular location) in another project.  Can I do it in Premiere Elements 15?  Is there an easy way?  Specifically I have opened 3 projects.  If I can add sequences from projects 1 and 3 to project 2, I would not have to start from the beginning in a project 4.

That can be done in Premiere Pro, but not Premiere Elements.

I don't know if it is still available for the current version, but there was a third party application that claimed to be able to do that with Premiere Elements.

It was called Clipmate and is still around.  But, I don't think it works with Premiere Elements anymore.  There is trial version.

The workaround is to mark the section with the "work area bars" and export that with a "work area only" restriction.  The output clip can me added as media to a new project.

I thought you could export edited clips and then import them to a new project,

You can export them, but the edits will not be able to be adjusted.  Only new edits can be done.
